Without limiting the generality of any other restriction in these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT directly or indirectly perform or permit any of the following:

d. posts any content that is inappropriate, profane, obscene, indecent, or contains information without suitable or lawfully-required access controls (which controls will in no event be our responsibility),

e. acts in a way that gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates the rights or assists others to violate the rights of us or any third party, such violations including engaging in copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, trademark infringement or defamation, or

f.  does anything that constitutes a criminal offense, or otherwise engages in or assists others to engage in any criminal offense, including communicating hatred, pyramid selling, unauthorized use of a computer, mischief in relation to data, fraud, obscenity, and child pornography;

g. engages in threats, harassment, intimidation, stalking, online bullying or abuse, or any conduct that violates the legal rights of others, including the rights of minors and rights relating to privacy and publicity;

h. scans or probes another computer system; obstructs or bypasses computer identification procedures, or engages in unauthorized computer or network trespass without the express permission of the owners of such computer systems;

i. forges headers or otherwise manipulates any protocols or identifiers used in any system or protocol in such a manner as to disguise the origin of any data transmitted using the Website;

j. impersonates or falsely represents your association with any person, including a representative of us;

k. demeans, insults, or mistreats any person or is combative in intent;

l. violates the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;

m. sublicenses, shares, resells, reproduces, copies, distributes, redistributes, or exploits for any commercial purposes any product or service created by us or any part of this Site

vi. any attempt to coerce a relationship that is private and personal between any person who owns or works for Ethos Solutions Inc., Unlock Your Life or Think Yourself Slim

vii. any attempt to privately communicate to attempt to establish or intend to claim that a private or personal relationship exists between any person who owns or works for Ethos Solutions Inc., Unlock Your Life or Think Yourself Slim

viii attempt to solicit therapy or counselling or any form of advice that could be misinterpreted as therapeutic advice.  

ix any donation or gift that attempts to coerce or manipulate any person who owns or works for Ethos Solutions Inc., Unlock Your Life or Think Yourself Slim into fulfilling any kind of request or obligation.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any person who violates any of the Prohibited Conduct conditions can and will be:

blocked from all email lists thus removing the right to receive any gift or free downloads, any free or paid private podcast feeds, any free or paid online programs or courses.

Any person who purchases a product may be blocked from using any paid product or service and may or may not receive a refund, depending on the individual legal actions and options available.

​

Any person who conducts themselves in a way that violates the Prohibited Conduct conditions revokes their rights to receive any kind of customer support in any form for any product or service previously obtained which was provided by Ethos Solutions Inc, Think Yourself Slim or Unlock Your Life.
