Thank you for your purchase.  All sales are final once paid for. 

It is of utmost importance that you receive all MP3s and any courses or programs you have purchased through or If you have not received your order email within a few minutes of completing the order, please do not hesitate to get in touch.  Your email address or name is enough to find and resend your order.

Exceptions to Final Sale Policy

The only exceptions to the no refunds policy are for one of the following:

1 - accidental repeat purchases of the same digital product for the same customer using the same email address in the original purchase for the repeat purchase; or

2 - violation of our Terms and Conditions of Use.  

Digital Download Options by Platform

MP3s are available to download to all devices other than Apple iPads, iPods, and iPhones, due to Apple's attempts to block all sales of digital products outside of iTunes.  As of February 1st, 2023 all currently available MP3 digital downloads are also available as a private podcast episode to all devices.  We will make best efforts to support you, the customer, to ensure that receive your MP3 through at least ONE of the following methods:

Direct MP3 Download - available to all Windows and Android smartphones, tablets and personal computers, Macbook Air and Macbook Pro (NOT available to iPhone, iPod or iPad due to Apple's attempts to force all MP3 sales through iTunes)

Sync to a private Dropbox Account - available to all Windows, Android, and iPhone smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.  You can sign up for a free Dropbox account here

Private Podcast Episodes - available to all Windows, Android, and iPhone smartphones, tablets, and personal computers through one of the supported Podcast apps.

However, we cannot guarantee or be held liable to provide more than one delivery or download method.  

Audit Trails

Please note that there is a download audit trail on all MP3s purchased to monitor downloads and when for the option to sync an MP3 to Dropbox accounts.


There is also an audit trail that indicates when a customer has activated their private podcast feed. 


Therefore as soon as a customer has chosen to download, all sales are final and no refunds are offered for direct MP3 sales from

MP3 Back-Up Recommendations

We recommend that, once you have downloaded your products to your device, you create a second backup on a second device or in cloud storage.  Cloud storage may also allow you to access your products from your different devices and download them again after you upgrade any device.

Discontinued Products

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.  It is your responsibility to preserve a copy and back-up of any downloaded goods from our Site.  While we will make our best efforts to provide you with additional copies of legally purchased products, we cannot guarantee to keep every item in stock for any length of time.  We will not provide refunds for products that were purchased and are now discontinued.  


Right to Cancel or Reject Orders

We also reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.  If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.  You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.  


For sales completed via iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon users who originally purchase the same MP3s direct from this website, please contact Apple, Google, or Amazon as these sales are not accessible to any employee of Unlock Your Life.

Course or Program Access

Any course or program purchased through or will be accessible at the following website address:  All sales are final and no refunds are provided for any course or program.  If you are having difficulty logging in, please contact the Unlock Your Life Customer Support team here for assistance.

Order Support

If you have not received your MP3 order email or are having difficulty downloading or syncing to Dropbox or accessing your MP3 via the Unlock Your Life Private Podcasts, please don't hesitate to get in touch.  We want to ensure you gain access to your MP3s.

Device Upgrade Support

If you have upgraded your device and no longer have access to your MP3s or private podcast feed, please get in touch so that we can resend you your private podcast feed link and/or your MP3s to download. All MP3s in your private podcast feed remain associated to your email address and will be immediately available again once you re-activate your subscription


We cannot guarantee that any past purchased MP3s will still be in stock but will make best efforts to send you all your past MP3s as downloads.

Software and Technical Support

We provide "best effort" support for Dropbox, downloads, and private podcast apps through the Podcast Help and FAQ page here and the Dropbox and Download Instructions page here.  However, we do not own, build or maintain any of these systems and, should you need further assistance, we ask that you contact the respective software app developer(s) directly.  We cannot provide training on the use of Dropbox or any podcast app or on the smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, Mac, or personal computer you own as this is beyond the scope of our services.
