Values Assessment

When working with clients I often ask them to assess their values if they are facing a major decision or feeling confused.  Review the values below and choose those that resonate most for the way you wish to or intend to live your life.  In amongst your values, choose your top 3 or top 5.

A helpful way to decide which are most important is to ask yourself what would it or does it mean to live with AND without this value as part of your life.  The values you choose may reflect who you are now or a journey you are on to live that value.

There is no need to email me the results but if you wish to do so in advance, this is always helpful.  You can email me, Sarah, at support@unlockyourlifetoday.com
