Membership Refund Policy
It is of utmost importance that you receive all MP3s and any Membership services that you paid for. If you have not received your order email within a few minutes of completing the order, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Your email address is enough to find and resend your order.
Please be aware that, due to Apple's attempts to block sales outside of iTunes, to access MP3s on your iPhone or iPod, you will need to use the option to "sync to Dropbox".
Please note that there is a download audit trail on al MP3s purchased to monitor downloads. Therefore as soon as a customer has chosen to download, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. The only exception is for iTunes users who originally purchase the same mp3s direct from this website. Refunds will be offered on condition that a valid receipt for all mp3s purchased from iTunes is emailed to this contact form
There are no refunds on Membership subscriptions in part or whole simply because you will always receive all services that you have paid for, within 12 hour of signing up.
If you have not received your MP3 order email or are having difficulty downloading or sync-ing to Dropbox, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm here to help and want to ensure you get your MP3s as soon as possible. I can find your order based on email address or other methods so please get in touch and I'll get back to you as soon as I can (typically within 12 hours).
